Mind the Gap
Mind the gap is an instruction used on the Underground in the UK to warn passengers to be careful when leaving the tube or train as there is quite a distance between the train and the platform. In essence, the director wants the passengers to pay attention to what they are doing rather than falling into the gap and hurting themselves.
What’s this have to do with living into your best life?

If you aren’t paying attention to the gap, you may step into situations that are hurtful or detrimental to your goals and desires.
If you are unaware of where you are and where you want to be, you will have no idea what it will take to bridge the gap.
If you are aware and focused, you will notice the breadcrumbs (or signs) that will lead you to the next adventure and help you live into your best life. The gaps provide an opportunity to create a bridge that will carry you forward.
